The Language of Dreams explores why dreams have fascinated people throughout history. Some dreams seem random and confusing, while others leave us feeling as though they carry an important message. Why do we dream? What do recurring dreams mean? Can dreams help us better understand ourselves, our emotions, and the challenges we face in daily life?

In this engaging and interactive presentation, author and educator Sydney Sherman explores the many theories surrounding dreams and their meanings. Participants will learn how the mind uses symbols, emotions, memories, and personal experiences to communicate through dreams. Common dream themes, recurring dreams, nightmares, visitation dreams, and symbolic messages will also be discussed.

Based on Sydney Sherman’s book, You Are Not Alone: Our Loved Ones Are Here…You’re Just Not Listening, this comforting and thought-provoking presentation explores how our loved ones remain connected to us after they have passed and how we can recognize the signs they send. Through stories, examples, and audience discussion, guests are invited to look at the afterlife in a reassuring and approachable way.
